Requirements

Op welke functie solliciteer je?

Als Senior Taxateur ben je onderdeel van onze afdeling Valuations. Ons full-service kantoor taxeert door heel Nederland en in alle asset-classes. Op dit moment zijn wij met 3 fte, maar met uitdrukkelijke groeiambitie en -strategie om door te groeien naar 10. Samen met jou werken we verder aan deze strategie.

Door onze sterke internationale positie werken we veel met internationale (corporate) klanten. Dat doen we voor zowel portefeuille waarderingen als ad-hoc vraagstukken. Wij hebben daardoor op regelmatige basis contact met onze internationale collega’s voor die opdrachten. • Jij maakt taxaties op voor aan- en verkoopbeslissingen, investeringen, financieringen en jaarverslaggeving.

• Je verdiept je voortdurend in de laatste (markt)ontwikkelingen door kennisuitwisseling, netwerkbijeenkomsten, teamoverleg en contact met collega’s waardoor jouw bijdrage aan adviezen in de volle breedte altijd actueel zijn.

VIE IT Production Support – Oosterhout, H/F

Concrètement votre quotidien ?

Notre entité aux Pays-Bas, à Oosterhout recherche un V.I.E. IT Production support H/F.

Vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

–          Mise en œuvre du cycle de validation des factures, y compris la mise en œuvre d’un processus de workflow et d’un reporting des coûts informatiques via l’automatisation des processus/reporting

–          Développement de tableaux de bord, automatisation des outils de reporting et de suivi

–          Mise à jour des actifs dans le système de gestion des actifs afin de mieux suivre les niveaux d’obsolescence et apporter des correctifs.

–          Collecte des fichiers de matérialisation lors des campagnes de “Global Key Surveillance Points”

–          Mise en œuvre de points de surveillance clés mondiaux en mettant en place des solutions automatisées, le cas échéant. Le livrable doit être facilement maintenable.

–          Assurer le suivi des actions/plans qui découleront des campagnes en fournissant des solutions automatisées optimisées favorisant la réutilisation des livrables car les campagnes sont récurrentes.

–          Etablissement et exécution du plan d’action relatif au déploiement de la Gouvernance informatique 6.1 en collaboration avec le responsable de la Gouvernance informatique

–          Formalisation/partage des MOMs de réunions structurantes (pilotage informatique / comités IT & Cyber Risk, réunions d’équipes…) ainsi que des outils administratifs pour les enrichir/piloter

–          Fluidification des mises à jour du plan de capacité qui consiste à assurer le remplissage des jours consommés dans l’outil de suivi du temps. Un effort conjoint avec le représentant du PMO sera requis et comme contribution pour faire des projections dans le plan de capacité

–          Facilité de communication avec les fournisseurs en ce qui concerne le suivi des tâches administratives, comme la gestion des licences, la formulation d’annotations et de commentaires sur les contrats pendant le cycle d’examen.

What about your daily life?

Our entity in the Netherlands at Oosterhout is looking for a V.I.E. IT Production support H/F.

You will contribute in the:

–          Implementation of invoice validation cycle including the implementation of a workflow process & IT cost reporting via automation of the processes/reportings

–          Development of dashboards, automation of reporting & monitoring tools

–          Update of assets in the asset Mgt system in order to better follow obsolescence levels & provide remediation.

–          Collection of materialization files during the Global Key Surveillance Points campaigns

–          Implementation of Global key Surveillance points by putting automated solutions in place where applicable. The deliverable need to be easily maintainable.

–          Follow up of the action items/plan which will be resulted from the campaigns by providing optimized automated solutions favouring the reuse of the deliverables as the campaigns are recurrent.

–          Establishment & the execution of the action plan related to the IT Governance 6.1 deployment together with the head of the IT Governance

–          Formalisation/sharing of the MOMs of structuring meetings (IT steering/ IT & Cyber Risk committees, teams meetings, etc..) as well as administrate tools to enrich/steer them

–          Fluidification of the capacity plan updates which consists of ensuring the filling the consumed days in the time tracking tool. A joint effort with the PMO representative will be required & as contribution to make projections in the capacity plan

We are looking for a Finance Officer that will be part of Finance team in the heart of Amsterdam. He/she will have tasks that are both operational and controlling and will cooperate closely with our international teams.

The position you’re applying for/Your new role

The Finance Officer is responsible for a broad range of financial support tasks. Support to Head of Local Finance in managing and ensuring the tasks as described below are performed with high quality and in a timely manner within the local Finance Department in general. ·         Ensuring that all the cash accounts movements are administered properly and timely

Reporting:

Monitoring:

·         Maintaining contacts with internal parties, e.g. Tax and Legal Depart.

Projects

 Who you are

·         MBO+/HBO level of education in an financial/accounting field

Stagiair voor ons Exchange Traded Solutions Team (Turbo Team)

ETS Nederland biedt particuliere beleggers gestructureerde producten aan die toegang verschaffen tot wereldwijde markten. Het ETS NL team is in Nederland marktleider in dit segment sinds de lancering van de bekendste producten Turbo en Booster. De ETS (Exchange Traded Solutions) business is een entiteit binnen Global Markets en verschaft diensten in verschillende landen waaronder Frankrijk, Duitsland, Italië, Nederland, Zwitserland, Spanje, Zweden, Finland, en Hong Kong. De activiteiten omvatten het produceren en marketen van meer dan 200.000 gestandaardiseerde producten op de grootste financiële platformen. Als onderdeel van de Corporate & Institutional Banking divisie, staat BNP Paribas ETS in Nederland bekend als het oorspronkelijke Turbo-team.Alleen sollicitaties met een Nederlandstalige motivatiebrief en Nederlandstalig CV komen in aanmerking.

Wij bieden de juiste kandidaat de mogelijkheid om mee te werken in het Exchange Traded Solutions Team van een van de grootste banken wereldwijd. We zoeken gemotiveerde kandidaten voor een fulltime stageperiode van bij voorkeur zes maanden.

Wat kun je verwachten?

Een belangrijk onderdeel van de activiteiten van ETS Nederland is het aanbieden van producten en content via onze website, e-mailings en YouTube kanaal. De content die wij publiceren wordt door externe partners gecreëerd. Deze partners zijn beleggingsexperts die onze doelgroep inspireren met beleggingskansen en voorzien van beleggingseducatie. De ideale kandidaat is in staat om drie projecten ten aanzien van de externe content uit te voeren.

Het eerste project heeft tot doel om de content op een efficiëntere manier te creëren en op een bijdetijdse wijze aan onze cliënten aan te bieden. Nu wordt nog veel in PDF aangeleverd en dat moet in de toekomst integraal via de website aangeboden worden.

Als tweede project kan de kandidaat een belangrijke bijdrage leveren door het schrijven en implementeren van een verbeteringsplan voor het YouTube kanaal van ETS Nederland. 

Het derde project omvat de integratie van ons externe webinarplatform in de gebruikersomgeving van onze website.

Tenslotte ben je verantwoordelijk voor de publicatie en goedkeuring van dagelijkse zaken als nieuwsbrieven, content op onze website www.bnpparibasmarkets.nl en actuele marketinguitingen bij onze externe partners.

 Het ETS Nederland team is onderdeel van ETS Europa en je werkt dus in een zeer internationaal teamverband samen met collega’s in voornamelijk Frankrijk, Portugal en Duitsland.

We vragen:

• Goede kennis van Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Acrobat Reader;
• Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel in schrift als gesproken. Kennis van andere talen is een pré;
• Begrip van digitale platforms zoals beheer of inrichten van websites met CMS-systemen, videoplatforms zoals YouTube.
• Kennis van (conversie naar) HTML en/of mass mailing-systemen is een pré;
• Je bent klantgericht en kunt constructieve bijdragen te leveren aan strategische keuzes. Je hebt team spirit en het vermogen om onder druk te werken zonder je gevoel voor humor te verliezen;
• Kennis van financiële markten en beleggen is een pré;
• Opleiding: je volgt een universitaire of HBO opleiding.
