The position you’re applying for/Your new role

The Coordinator Facility Management & Procurement is situated within CIB Netherlands in Amsterdam and reports directly to the head of Facility Management & Business Continuity. 

As Coordinator Facility Management & Procurement, you play a pivotal operational and tactical role within our Amsterdam-based headquarters. You will manage day-to-day facility operations while also taking a central role in procurement across the entire organization, not limited to facility-related categories.

Additionally, you will contribute significantly to the transition to our new corporate office, scheduled for completion at the end of this year, with full relocation planned for April 2026.

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who combines strong facility management expertise with broad procurement skills and has a structured and proactive approach to coordination and stakeholder engagement.

Your responsibilities

Facility Management

Procurement (Organization-wide)

• Manage procurement activities for a wide range of goods and services across all departments.
• Lead sourcing strategies, tendering processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.

• Act as the go-to point for procurement advice and compliance across the organization.

Project: New Headquarters Relocation

• Act as liaison between facility operations, project teams, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning, furnishing, and operational readiness of the new office.
• Capture and integrate user requirements into project and facility planning.
• Track milestones and collaborate with IT, Real Estate, and support functions for a smooth transition.

• 3+ years of experience in Facility Management and/or Procurement in a corporate environment.

Your role
 As the Executive Assistant to our BNP Paribas Netherlands Country Head & CEO, you’ll be part of the Executive Secretariat. 

Your role directly supports the smooth functioning of the CEO office by helping our CEO to manage his complex agenda and day-to-day, enabling him to focus on strategic priorities. Your responsibilities

• Calendar Management – Provide high-level administrative support, prioritize and schedule CEO’s appointments, including internal and external meetings.  Manage multiple calendars simultaneously on a non-conflict basis being decisive and exercising sound business judgment.

The Local Cash Management Product Manager is situated within CIB Netherlands in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Head of Cash Management.

In this position, you will be the primary product owner and central contact in the NL overseeing the end-to-end management of the complete local Cash Management product portfolio. 

Your responsibilities

Product strategy development: 

• Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for cash management products and services in NL
• Identify key market trends and regulatory changes. This includes also competitor offerings
• Develop business cases for innovative products

Product management & execution: 

• Acts as the primary product owner and central contact in NL overseeing the end-to-end management of the complete local Cash Management product portfolio. 
• Oversee the lifecycle of cash management products, from idea, design, development, implementation and post implementation analysis
• Collaborate with Cash Management Competence Center (CMCC) to prioritize product launches in the Netherlands, coordinate the TAC/NAC procedure and ensure a smooth implementation and take care of post implementation. 
• Ensure product complies with regulatory (PSD 2, Basel IV) and internal risk policies (AML)
• Acts as a senior point of escalation for the Cash Management function, with ability to define appropriate interventions, in order to deliver a quality service to clients
• Provides specialist support to the team and clients to diagnose and resolve issues, develop models and procedures and monitor trends. Where precedent has not been set, contributes to establishing new approaches or policies either personally or through their teams.

Stakeholder management

• Understand clients’ needs and translate that into product development
• Maintain strong relationships with the Payment Association, payment scheme owners and other banks and any other product related external parties. Represents Cash Management at internal steering committees and BNP Paris at external industry forums to provide appropriate expertise.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders like OPC, Client Service and CMCC and be the subject matter expert to those stakeholders

• Define pricing strategies

•  Professional qualification required with in depth understanding of the theories and practices across the Global Banking function and BNP Paribas products and capabilities, and their interaction with each other, combined with deep expertise in Cash Management, strong understanding of liquidity product especially notional pooling
• Expert knowledge of a wide range of policies, procedures, regulations and legislation relevant to Cash Management function, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve BNP Paribas processes and practices. 
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and provide specialist guidance and advice to others in a comprehensive matter. Able to construct a broad point of view and market convictions.

• Computer literacy and a good knowledge of a range of standard computer software, e.g., Microsoft Office, email.

VIE Corporate Coverage Associate – Amsterdam, H/F

Concrètement votre quotidien ?

En tant que VIE au sein du département Corporate Coverage de BNP Paribas CIB aux Pays-Bas, vous jouerez un rôle central au sein de l’équipe avec 3 dimensions principales : un rôle commercial fort, une expertise crédit et KYC.

Sur le plan commercial, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les banquiers pour contribuer au développement de leurs clients en travaillant sur des pitch, en surveillant l’évolution du marché et du secteur, et en assistant sur des projets commerciaux. Vous aurez également la possibilité d’interagir avec les spécialistes des produits des différentes divisions de la banque.

Sur le Crédit, vous préparerez les revues annuelles et les propositions de crédit pour de nouvelles demandes ou vous fournirez une analyse financière. Vous effectuerez également des évaluations ESG de nos clients.

Sur le KYC, vous soutiendrez les banquiers dans leurs tâches quotidiennes pour leur portefeuille de clients.

Vous travaillerez au sein de l ‘équipe CIB Corporate Coverage d’ Amsterdam, au siège de BNP Paribas NL, situé en centre-ville.

BNP Paribas NL fait partie d ‘une région en croissance au sein de BNP Paribas CIB EMEA. Il s’agit d’une région dynamique soutenue par un portefeuille de clients ayant un profil de risque solide dans des activités diversifiées.

Corporate Coverage emploie environ 40 personnes. La langue de travail est l’anglais. L’équipe a de l’expérience et de nombreux succès dans le segment Corporate de CIB.

Ce poste est une porte d’entrée idéale pour les différents départements clés de la banque et une belle occasion d’apprendre de l’équipe de banquiers expérimentés, qui travaillent avec les plus grandes entreprises leur fournissant une variété de solutions bancaire.

Ce rôle vous permettra de découvrir les différents métiers de la banque d’investissement et de développer vos compétences commerciales grâce à une équipe commerciale dynamique avec des objectifs ambitieux. Ce sera aussi l’occasion d’acquérir de l’expérience, notamment en analyse de crédit mais aussi en Corporate Banking. C’est une position polyvalente qui vous permettra de vous développer rapidement selon votre engagement.

Après une expérience réussie, vous pourriez passer à un poste dans la banque (par exemple en financement spécialisé) ou à un poste d’analyste de crédit au sein de Corporate Coverage où votre expérience axée sur les composantes commerciales et de crédit sera très appréciée.

Etes-vous notre prochain VIE Corporate Coverage Associate pour Amsterdam ?

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master en Finance/Banque ou d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en Banque/Finance.  

Vous justifiez d’une expérience (stage et alternance inclus) dans ce domaine et en particulier au sein d’une banque d’investissement. Vous avec de solides connaissances en Conformité.

Vous faites preuve de proactivité et démontrez une certaine capacité à collaborer et à communiquer. Votre rigueur ainsi que votre capacité d’organisation et votre capacité d’adaptation seront des atouts pour progresser sur ce poste.

Vous parlez couramment anglais. Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le Pack Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
