- Work with credit analyst team for ongoing credit requests (annual reviews and ad hoc requests);
- Perform ESG assessment of our client base;
- Assisting in collection of legal, Compliance and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) information, feed internal systems and liaise with Due Diligence and Compliance teams for further distribution.
Who are you
- A graduate or a student in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Econometrics or another relevant field. In case you have a different background, though with a strong interest in banking, you are also encouraged to apply.

Your role
As the Executive Assistant to our BNP Paribas Netherlands Country Head & CEO, you’ll be part of the Executive Secretariat.
Your role directly supports the smooth functioning of the CEO office by helping our CEO to manage his complex agenda and day-to-day, enabling him to focus on strategic priorities. You will be working in close partnership with his Chief of Staff in aligning on priorities and planning. - Franchise marketing: Support the coverage of corporate clients at Dealer / Senior Dealer level for execution needs in order to promote BNPP Global Market’s capabilities and services;

What will be your tasks?
Your main responsibility will be review and approval of all technical and maintenance requests from garages and communication with our suppliers. This job will grow your technical skills and will keep you updated about the trends in automotive industry. You will come across of most automobile brands and improve your technical background, even if you are not skilled automotive specialist yet. The communication languages of this department are Slovak, Czech, German, French, Italian, Dutch, Hungarian, Polish and English.
- You will communicate with our networks of dealers and other suppliers via email and telephone, approve requests via B2B platform
- Ensure and manage regular and exceptional maintenance operations in relation with garages, dealers, body shops and specialized tire service providers
- Review incoming cost estimates regarding tires, service maintenance and repair (SMR), damage repair and relief vehicles for our clients
- After check of all positions, you will create an approval in our internal system/platform, focusing on contract details and optimizing costs
- Inform proactively account management in case you discover repairs which may be caused by the driver and driving behavior
- In case of damaged car caused by other vehicle, you contact the insurance
- In case of any doubts, you discuss with the team or contact local technical expert before taking any action
- Providing of technical specifications of the contract (covered positions, client exceptions, relief vehicle in contract, insurance details, tire size, etc.)

The position you’re applying for/Your new role
The Local Cash Management Product Manager is situated within CIB Netherlands in Amsterdam and reports directly to the Head of Cash Management.
In this position, you will be the primary product owner and central contact in the NL overseeing the end-to-end management of the complete local Cash Management product portfolio.
Your responsibilities
Product strategy development:
- Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for cash management products and services in NL
- Identify key market trends and regulatory changes. This includes also competitor offerings
- Develop business cases for innovative products
Product management & execution:
- Acts as the primary product owner and central contact in NL overseeing the end-to-end management of the complete local Cash Management product portfolio.
- Oversee the lifecycle of cash management products, from idea, design, development, implementation and post implementation analysis
- Collaborate with Cash Management Competence Center (CMCC) to prioritize product launches in the Netherlands, coordinate the TAC/NAC procedure and ensure a smooth implementation and take care of post implementation.
- Ensure product complies with regulatory (PSD 2, Basel IV) and internal risk policies (AML)
- Acts as a senior point of escalation for the Cash Management function, with ability to define appropriate interventions, in order to deliver a quality service to clients
- Provides specialist support to the team and clients to diagnose and resolve issues, develop models and procedures and monitor trends. Where precedent has not been set, contributes to establishing new approaches or policies either personally or through their teams.
Stakeholder management
- Understand clients’ needs and translate that into product development
- Maintain strong relationships with the Payment Association, payment scheme owners and other banks and any other product related external parties. Represents Cash Management at internal steering committees and BNP Paris at external industry forums to provide appropriate expertise.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders like OPC, Client Service and CMCC and be the subject matter expert to those stakeholders
Performance metrics:
- Define pricing strategies
- Optimize product profitability and track over lifetime of the product (for all products) Negotiating key terms for transactions
Training & development:
- Provide training to Cash management sales team and Relationship management team regarding new product developments, trends and regulatory changes
- Create product documentation and procedures for sale and implementation of the products
Who are you
- Professional qualification required with in depth understanding of the theories and practices across the Global Banking function and BNP Paribas products and capabilities, and their interaction with each other, combined with deep expertise in Cash Management, strong understanding of liquidity product especially notional pooling
- Expert knowledge of a wide range of policies, procedures, regulations and legislation relevant to Cash Management function, with the ability to apply this knowledge to improve BNP Paribas processes and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and provide specialist guidance and advice to others in a comprehensive matter. Able to construct a broad point of view and market convictions.
- Strong experience in managing key stakeholder relationships, with an excellent ability to negotiate, support and influence. Strong people management skills and an ability to work with individuals to manage performance to ensure their delivery of client objectives (internal and external).
- Strong commercial and communication / relationship management skills. Excellent written and oral English skills in order to articulate technical issues and to be able to take the complex and make simple to enable effective communication with individuals across the business and also with clients. Strong personal focus on accuracy and attention to detail and able to review and improve work of more junior colleagues.
- Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Must have a proven track record of driving projects from conception through implementation.
- Computer literacy and a good knowledge of a range of standard computer software, e.g., Microsoft Office, email.

Concrètement votre quotidien ?
En tant que VIE au sein du département Corporate Coverage de BNP Paribas CIB aux Pays-Bas, vous jouerez un rôle central au sein de l’équipe avec 3 dimensions principales : un rôle commercial fort, une expertise crédit et KYC.
Sur le plan commercial, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les banquiers pour contribuer au développement de leurs clients en travaillant sur des pitch, en surveillant l’évolution du marché et du secteur, et en assistant sur des projets commerciaux. Vous aurez également la possibilité d’interagir avec les spécialistes des produits des différentes divisions de la banque.
Sur le Crédit, vous préparerez les revues annuelles et les propositions de crédit pour de nouvelles demandes ou vous fournirez une analyse financière. Vous effectuerez également des évaluations ESG de nos clients.
Sur le KYC, vous soutiendrez les banquiers dans leurs tâches quotidiennes pour leur portefeuille de clients.
