The SimCorp Dimension Front Office Consultant (junior) reports directly to the Head of Business Solutions. The Junior SimCorp Dimension Front Office consultant
- Has knowledge of SimCorp Dimension and/or an understanding of front office processes
- Acts as a bridge between IT and the investment teams, ensuring our systems effectively support business and client needs.
- Likes to work and learn to configure changes and improvements within the Simcorp Dimension Front Office domain. Finds the best possible sustainable solutions from a business perspective, implements changes in controlled manner.
- Serves as primary contact for our Front Office clients.

Your responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and optimize SimCorp Dimension Front Office modules such as Order Manager, and Asset Manager.
- Resolve incidents, perform testing, and act as a sparring partner for clients’ traders, portfolio managers, and risk managers.
- Analyze and translate user/client requirements into clear, supported and sustainable solutions within SimCorp Dimension.
- Implement new functionalities and support system upgrades and releases. Give advice to Head of Business Solutions, clients and colleagues at all levels Simcorp Dimension NL development.
- Manage small projects
- Create clear and comprehensive memo’s, advice, analysis and specs
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Economics
- Understanding of investment process flows & financial instruments
- 1-3 years of proven experience in SimCorp Dimension or in Front Office processes
- Strong analytical skills, collaborative and client focused mindset with excellent communication abilities
- A proactive team player and pragmatic problem-solving cross border approach.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)

- Act as primary Contributor client entry point for anyclient need and maintain client relationship at adequate level (mainly C.E.O.or C.F.O.)
- After having understood the global organization of theclient’s Group, define the possibilities of developing the local business withthe Contributor.
- In coordination with the Pilot RM abroad and the localBusiness Lines, originate Corporate Coverage products (especially CashManagement, Trade and FX/IRG flows) according to the clients’ needs and thusincrease revenues and cross sell for his/her clients.
- Prepare and share Client Action Plan on most importantclients or at request of Pilot RMs
- Ensure the updating and accuracy of the CRM tool (callreports, status of opportunities and deal pipeline management among others)
- Monitor risk and contribute to the credit applicationin cooperation with Credit Analysts.
- Maintain regular contact with the Pilot RM to beupdated on the evolution of the mother company.
- Ensure Compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures(especially KYC and AML/Sanctions) and regulatory requirements, in particularwith regards to the KYC responsibilities and duties, as per relevant policiesand procedures and the summary of responsibilities list attached hereto.
- Ensure that the business carried out with his/herclients is appropriate, understandable and suitable.
- Act in a product-neutral manner in the best interestof the clients and of the BNP Paribas Group globally.
- Participate, when required or needed, to workshopsaiming at developing the global efficiency of the BNP Paribas Group.
