New Headquarters for BNP Paribas The Netherlands: The CubeHouse
In May 2026, BNP Paribas will officially open the doors of its brand-new, sustainable headquarters in the Zuidas business district in Amsterdam. The office will bring colleagues from six businesses under one roof: Real Estate, Corporate & Institutional Banking and Securities Services, Asset Management, Factor, and Wealth Management. Construction on the CubeHouse, the iconic building that will serve as our new home, began in December 2023.
Why are we making the move and why to this new building? As part of our mission to further develop as One Bank in the Netherlands, we will bring all of our Amsterdam-based colleagues from six different entities together under one roof. The building that will house us will both express and help drive the growth we strive for – growth that is collaborative and sustainable – bringing value to our clients and the world we live in.
One Bank collaboration
Situated right at Amsterdam Zuid Station, the new location is easy accessible for both staff and clients, and it will serve as a welcoming hub to colleagues from offices elsewhere in the Netherlands and abroad. An uplifting destination whose design and facilities stimulate and support inspiration, connection, and collaboration.
Sustainable promise
With the move from three locations in Amsterdam to one, we will significantly reduce our real estate and carbon footprints. But the new building promises more. Through the selection and sourcing of building materials, state-of-the-art technology, and design principles and environmental impact analyses, the CubeHouse will hold itself to uncompromisingly high sustainability standards. Our new headquarters will help us minimize our impact on climate change and maximize the wellbeing of our employees and the community.

The new building will put us at the heart of the city’s financial center, a district that’s home to some of the country’s best-known corporates and top university talent. With our logo on the iconic hybrid-timber CubeHouse, our new headquarters will give us visibility among future talent, partners, and clients. And it will give us – a world leader in sustainable finance – distinctive presence in a part of the city that has reimagined itself for a more sustainable future.
