In times of transition, it is important that everyone can join, and no one is left behind. In the current system, it is not self-evident that all people can join, with vulnerable groups at risk to be excluded. Across societies we see income gaps increasing, debates characterized by polarisation and a decrease in trust in governments and institutions.

As BNP Paribas Netherlands, we are committed to making a positive impact on societies. Other actors, such as governments, NGOs and knowledge institutes, raise awareness and work together to find solutions to keep societies inclusive. Simultaneously, our clients are confronted with social concerns such as a future-proof workforce, diversity and responsibilities towards human rights.
