What can you expect?

We will review your complaint in the shortest possible time and send you a written acknowledgment within 10 working days. During the review process we will analyze your remarks and work to find the best solution for you. Rest assured that we will treat your complaint with the utmost priority and with the ultimate goal to live up to the promises we made you when we first welcomed you as a client.

We will stay in touch with you throughout the review process and once we have completed this, we will inform you whether or not your complaint has been upheld and what steps we will take as a result. You can expect this within 40 working days from when you first sent us your complaint. Should we need more time, we will also inform you of this within 40 working days.

What if you are still unhappy with the proposed solution?

Should you find our proposed solution unsatisfactory, we will inform you on your other options, including that you may be able to refer the complaint to an alternative dispute or complaint committee or that you may be able to take civil action.

Please note that in case your complaint concerns the processing of personal data or alleged infringement of data protection legislation, you have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the ‘Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens’:
