We are looking for you to help serve our Corporate (Pilot) Clients representing Europe’s largest Bank in the Netherlands.

The position you’re applying for:
As an Associate, you support the team’s Senior Banker in day to day client related activities. This entails the preparation of pitching materials, follow up execution, client on- and offboarding, recertification, as well as monitoring of internal processes related to risk management and financial performance. With experience, the Associate is invited to take responsibility for (part of) the flow business dialogue with clients.
For complete understanding of client needs and our bank’s operating model, the Associate is expected to allocate part of his/her time to the credit process.
Your main responsibilities:
You will be an integral part of the team, with direct impact on our overall performance. Tasks include:
ü Working in close cooperation with Senior Banker(s), Credit Analyst and any other team members (VIE, other Associates, etc – as appropriate)
ü Assisting Senior Banker(s) with origination and follow up, which can entail pitch structuring and formatting, coordination of communication with product partners, financial analysis and peer benchmarking, etc.
ü Supporting deal execution and ensuring operational excellence during milestone transactions
ü This entails, as appropriate, seeking internal approvals, documentation drafting and review, process control from pitching to signing
ü Daily relationship management tasks, including client as well as internal stakeholder queries
ü Monitoring of Due Diligence process for assigned portfolio, which entails building rapport with relevant teams and understanding of our bank’s processes
