In order to close a current account that you hold with BNP Paribas SA, The Netherlands branch, please e-mail the following required documents:

Account Closing Request Letter(*)

Trade extract not older than three months (only required for companies registered outside the Netherlands)

Please send the required documents to the following e-mail address:

The following documents might be requested after receiving your Account Closing Request Letter, depending on the particulars of the case:

FATCA/AEOI

Valid Copy ID (PDF) of the legal representative signing the Account Closing Request Letter

* This document needs to be duly signed, which means in accordance with the internal and external rules on the legal representation of the company. The signatures needs to match with the legal identification documents.
