BNP Paribas The Netherlands About BNP Paribas

Careers in the Netherlands

The BNP Paribas Group in the Netherlands has around 1000 employees. With a local team of around 250 employees, the Dutch head office and its business centres combine the benefits of a small office with being part of a large, international organization. Many of our employees cooperate with colleagues in The Netherlands as well as with colleagues internationally. At the same time, our Dutch offices are medium sized organizations, which increases our flexibility and adaptability.

BNP Paribas is a diverse organization, comprising a variety of cultures and languages. The Amsterdam office and our business centres offer diversity in terms of e.g. age, gender, and formal background and our employees work in an international environment. As a result, our team generally needs to be able to use both English and Dutch during their daily activities.

As employees of BNP Paribas, we are committed to the service of our customers and to ethical standards and guidelines. Our success is measured according to the assessment of our customers.

We see success as something that is obtained within the team. To be creative is to encourage new initiatives and ideas, and to recognize the contributions of the team members. To be ambitious is to show aspiration for challenges and leadership.

The organization at large and our employees need to be able to adapt to the shifting demands of a changing world. To be responsive is to show efficiency in decision making and action, and to show speed in the assessment of opportunities and risks.
