Game part of international initiative Arval Smart Experience

Leasing company Arval Netherlands launches the social game ‘Don’t lease ‘m out of your sight’ on Facebook. Participants see a busy highway against a snowy mountain view. The screen displays a variety of cars to seek, that participants need to snap at the precise moment when they pass. The winner of ‘Don’t lease ‘m out of your sight’ is rewarded with a weekend away in a brand new Jaguar XE, a sporty driver’s car with an aluminum body and a low CO2 emission starting from 99 g/km. The social game is part of an international initiative of the leasing company, Arval Smart Experience.

Arval Smart Experience was launched in June last year in the Netherlands. This initiative aims to give the communication with drivers a new dimension with more focus on experience: “Driving is an experience. Even if you’re on the road to your holiday destination, for example, with your children. Who doesn’t know the game that they count how many cars drive past? We offer this now digitally with our social game‘Don’t lease ‘m out of your sight’.”, says Matthijs Wouters, operations director Arval Netherlands.

Driver experience goes beyond a social game for Arval. The leasing company is always and everywhere available for its driver through the app Arval Mobile +, on various social media channels and via the Arval driver team. Wouters: “The Arval driver team consists of people who all have a background in the automotive industry. 85% of the questions of our drivers are handled directly, without having to connect through. From Monday to Thursday, they are also until 21:00 pm reachable. With an average of a 9 as appreciation by our drivers, we see the Arval driver team as a good addition to our account team.”.
