2. Payment Services Conditions for The Netherlands

As of 1 November 2009 there will be new rules for payment services in The Netherlands further to the European Payment Services Directive. This European Directive aims to establish a harmonised regime throughout the entire European Economic Area for the processing of payment transactions. The new rules are primarily about transparency and execution times for payment transactions.

The Dutch General Banking Conditions have recently been amended in connection with the new rules on payment transactions. These amended conditions will also become effective on 1 November 2009.

3. Access to Site

• Users of this site acknowledge that they have the skills and equipment necessary to access and use the site.
