Chamber of Commerce Extract not older than 3 months (with English translation of headlines in case of foreign entities)

Please complete the following documents:

Please provide a valid passport copy of the following individuals:

  • Legal representatives/Directors
  • Signatories
  • Proxyholders that received Power of Attorney
