BNP Paribas Amsterdam offers you the opportunity to immediately integrate in the Corporate Finance Team of one of the largest banks worldwide. We seek highly motivated Master students for a three to six months internship throughout the year. The internship is on a full-time basis only.

The team in Amsterdam seeks highly motivated students for a three to six months internship. As part of the Corporate & Investment Banking division, BNP Paribas Corporate Finance offers tailored services for transactions such as:

• M&A advisory for private or listed companies


• Equity Capital Markets: capital increases, IPOs, accelerated book building, (subordinated) convertible bond issues and equity-linked transactions


• fairness opinions


• financial restructuring


• privatisation


What can you expect?
You can expect a challenge, as we offer you the opportunity to immediately integrate in the Corporate Finance team of one of the largest European banks. You will participate in research, analysis and idea-generation at all levels of M&A and Equity Capital Markets and work in a broad spectrum of industries, countries and types of financial operations. You will operate in a highly dynamic and international working environment. To support your work you will get the opportunity to attend various internal trainings.

Your profile
Since you will immediately operate as a member of the team, we expect:



• a Master student in the last year of his/her studies


• exceptional quantitative skills


• excellent computer literacy (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)


• Fluency in Dutch and English is absolutely required. Other languages would be an advantage.


• a strongly developed strategic sense


• team spirit


• the ability to work under pressure, without loosing your sense of humour!


Payment
The internship includes a financial compensation.
