In Corporate Finance, we provide our clients with key advice, tactics, analysis and strategies. Our clients require advice on Mergers & Acquistions, restructurings, Leveraged Buy-Outs, joint ventures, exchange offers, and Equity Capital Markets (capital raising via rights issues, convertibles bonds, IPOs etc.).


What you’ll do:

Join us as an Analyst in our Corporate Finance team in Amsterdam, and you’ll be contributing to the entire M&A and Equity Capital Market process, from marketing through to execution. You can expect exposure to a wide range of clients, sectors and projects, developing your knowledge through your day-to-day work as well as via specific training. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Performing accurate financial analysis and valuations by developing quantitative models like Discounted Cash flows, LBO, multiples and mergers;


• Preparing presentations and information within the origination and execution framework for M&A and ECM transactions;


• Actively participating in the transaction process, making sure it meets our deadlines and our quality standards.



What you'll need:
You’ll certainly have a strong academic record, but a Masters (or equivalent) would be desirable – preferably in a field like finance, accountancy, financial analysis, valuation or corporate strategy;

• We’re looking graduates with internship experience in the fields of Corporate Financel;


• You’ll also need a high level of PC literacy (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint) strong modelling, excellent quantitative and inter-personal skills.
  
• Fluency in Dutch and English is absolutely required. Other languages would be an advantage.
