For the sixth time in a row and with a customer satisfaction score of 7.9, Arval Netherlands’ customers are the most satisfied of the full service vehicle leasing industry.
A benchmark study conducted in 2011 by the independent market research agency Heliview, in the Netherlands, reveals that customer’s reasons for choosing Arval Netherlands are mainly centred on the company’s good service and excellent contact. Arval Netherlands also substantially outperforms the market in terms of price/quality. Besides, 76% of Arval Netherlands’ customers would be loyal to the company and 85% would recommend Arval to their piers.
Arval Netherlands’ strengths recognised by its customers are:
- Customer friendliness (8.1)
- Proper conduct of the staff (8.2)
- Telephone accessibility (8.1)
- Expertise of the employees (8.0)
In 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010, the study also revealed that Arval Netherlands’ customers were the most satisfied. “The results of this new study are a fantastic achievement for Arval Netherlands, and accolades, for the 6th time, the constant efforts of our staff members to provide our customers with the highest-level service quality”, declared Jeff Bolders, Arval Netherlands’ General Manager.
The study included 6 major leasing companies, and the fleet management sample was made of 600 fleet managers. They assessed the performances of these vehicle leasing companies in the Netherlands on over 30 aspects of their service.
